This warranty does not cover:

1) normal wear and tear;

2) any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance;

3) damage arising from exposure to extreme climatic changes including sea salt, ultra violet exposure, and etc;

4) damage to paintwork arising from tree sap, bird droppings, pollutants and stone damage.
